Introduction
Welcome to Find My Field. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Booking Process
2.1 All bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
2.2 To secure a booking, you must complete the payment process as outlined on our platform.
2.3 Booking confirmation is subject to availability, receipt of the initial 50% payment, and agreement to pay the remaining 50% upon arrival at the field. Alternatively, you may choose to pay the full amount upfront if you are certain of your arrival.

Payment
3.1 Payments will be made via the payment link provided after booking, or through the payment option in the menu if you didn’t receive the payment option after booking.
3.2 All payments must be made in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
3.3 An initial 50% of the booking fee is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% must be paid upon arrival at the field to the field owner, unless the full payment was made at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Refunds
4.1 Cancellations made more than 5 hours before the booked time will be eligible for a full refund of the initial payment, minus a transaction fee of Ksh 29.
4.2 Cancellations made within 5 hours of the booked time are non-refundable, as outlined in 4.1.
4.3 If Find My Field cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

Use of Facilities
5.1 Users are expected to respect and maintain the facilities during their booking.
5.2 Any damage to the facilities caused by the user will result in additional charges for repairs or replacement.
5.3 Users must vacate the premises by the end of their booking time. Overtime use may incur additional charges.

Liability
6.1 Find My Field is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during the use of the booked facilities.
6.2 Users are responsible for their own safety and the safety of others while using the facilities.
6.3 Find My Field reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with these terms.

Privacy Policy
7.1 We collect personal information necessary for processing bookings, such as names, contact information, and payment details.
7.2 Personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
8.1 Find My Field reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
8.2 Continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
