Terms & Conditions

1.1 All bookings are based on first-come, first-served.

1.2 A booking is confirmed only after completing the required payment.

1.3 Customers can choose to pay either 50% upfront (with the remainder due upon arrival) or 100% upfront at the time of booking.

2.1 Payments are made via the payment link provided upon booking or through the checkout section on FindMyField Website/App.

2.2 Payments must be made in Kenyan Shillings (KES).

2.3 Bulk booking customers must pay in full at checkout to receive discounted rates.

3.1 Cancellations made more than 5 hours before the session start time are eligible for a full refund minus a Ksh 115 transaction fee.

3.2 Cancellations made within 5 hours of the session start time are non-refundable unless the full 100% payment was made at the time of booking:

3.3 Bulk booking customers who cancel more than 5 hours after booking receive 50% of the total session cost minus Ksh 115 per session canceled.

3.4 Once a customer presses cancel, the session(s) cannot be reinstated. If they want the slot again, they must rebook and pay again.

4.1 Customers must respect and maintain the facilities.

4.2 Any damage caused to the field will result in additional repair charges.

4.3 Customers must vacate the field at the designated end time. Overtime usage incurs additional fees.

5.1 FindMyField is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred while using booked facilities.

5.2 Customers are responsible for their own safety and must comply with field owner rules.

6.1 FindMyField collects personal information necessary for booking transactions.

6.2 Customer data is confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

7.1 Field owners must provide accurate details when registering their facilities.

7.2 Owners are responsible for managing their schedules, pricing, and bulk booking settings.

7.3 Owners must maintain the quality and safety of their facilities.

8.1 Field owners receive payments either 5 hours Before each session or after session completion, minus FindMyField's applicable commission.

8.2 Commissions for bookings:

9.1 Field owners can define the bulk booking threshold (e.g., 11+ sessions).

9.2 Bulk bookings must be paid in full upfront.

9.3 If a bulk booking customer cancels after 5 hours from the booking time, the field owner must honor a 50% refund.

10.1 If a field owner cancels a confirmed booking, the customer would automatically be informed by FindMyField via sms & email notification.

10.2 A full refund will be issued to the customer for any owner-initiated cancellation.

11.1 Field owners must handle customer complaints professionally.

11.2 FindMyField reserves the right to mediate disputes if necessary.

12.1 FindMyField may update these terms at any time, with updates posted on our website.

12.2 Continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
